Villa Erinite is divided in two levels, with all rooms having access either to the gardens or to the pool area, so that guests can enjoy the beautiful view. The top level offers a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a discreet WC. Additionally there is a dining room with wonderful vistas of the sea and the pool and a master bedroom with a large shaded veranda, from where you can gaze at the infinite blue. The lower level features two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a spacious playroom with the ability to accommodate two single beds, a bar, a WC and an utility room. In addition to the main villa there is an independent quest house, with a twin bed, an bathroom en suite and a fully equipped kitchen.

At the exterior of the premises you can enjoy the pool while drinking cocktails from the pool bar, or just leisure under the shaded areas. There is also a lounge equipped with comfortable sofas in order to rejoice the breathtaking sunsets. A BBQ along with an outdoor dining table awaits you to make your late gatherings a festive dinner under the lucent moonlight, with friends and family.

In case you feel ready for adventure, the sandy beach of Petrothalassa is in a short distance, where you can enjoy the sea or practice your favourite water sports. The cosmopolitan island of Spetses is also at your reach, only 10 minutes away by water taxi, along with the picturesque island of Hydra within 30 minutes by water taxi.
